Actually “Punk:Attitude” mentions tons of obscure bands in it. You should check it out, it’s great!

each to there own fella but the mohawks/80’s was the cheesey end of punk, 76,London, Punk was bein made from the streets,.it was industry led in the 80’s,…punk was just another brand then…
I hate how these documentaries always focus on the boring new wave, rock and roll and then grunge. Cmon punk is about hardcore! where is the hardcore bands and the mohawks and leather studded jackets in the early 80s they never talk about! its always this glam rock punk shit. I hate these documentaries Iggy Pop was gay, the clash sucked too.
just wondering. i was not trying to slag off any of the bands it’s just a lot of videos about punk never really have any of the more obscure bands that really deserve a mention. The don letts movie punk: attitude is good tho it has a lot of bands not just the typical ones.

i like the faction actually. this is the history of punk which started in early to mid 70s, of coarse you have to have the pistols and the clash on it lol. skate punk is a sub genre which started in the early to mid eighties.
